Significant Regulatory Activity

Charter operators now have the full attention of the FAA's legal department. Relationships between owners, pilots, air charter brokers, the air carrier and "dba" associates are being looked at under a microscope. The issue is all to do with the legal exertion of operational control (Op Spec A008)...
