Probable Cause of 2008 Wyoming Mid-Air Released
A mid-air collision that occurred Aug. 10, 2008 in Rock Springs, Wyoming happened because the pilots of the two aircraft involved simply did not see each other, according to the probable cause report released by the NTSB.
