Pilots Faulted in 2008 California Mid-Air

The NTSB has released its probable cause findings for the January 20, 2008 mid-air collision that killed four people in two aircraft and one on the ground in Carona, CA. A Cessna 172N (N737EJ) and a Cessna 150M (N4008V) collided in-flight while maneuvering 1.4 miles southwest of the uncontrolled airport...
