West Star Installs AirCell Internet

East Alton, Ill.-based West Star Aviation has finished a project to equip a Cessna Citation 650 and Dassault Falcon 50 with AirCell’s high speed Internet system. The retrofit gives passengers and crew the ability to connect to wireless devices, such as PDAs, laptops, e-mail and smart phones, while in the air. The installation involved an AirCell AGT-4000 and two belly-mounted antennas.
