Turkish Technic to Create a Buzz

The company will launch an aggressive marketing campaign in mid-2008 to promote its new MRO center at Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen. The facility is scheduled to begin operation in 2009 and will accommodate six wide-body and nine narrow-body aircraft and cost approximately $200 million. Also, a CFM56/IAE V2500 engine overhaul center at the Sabiha Gokcen location will be up and running in mid-2009 due to a new joint venture between Turkish Technic and P&W. For related news
