Taylor Award Goes to WATC Director

Noel Gary, director of aviation technologies at Wichita Area Technical College (WATC), is the latest recipient of FAA’s Charles Taylor Master Mechanic award. The Taylor award is given to aircraft mechanics serving 50 years in the maintenance profession. WATC hosted an August 28 event at the National Center for Aviation Training (NCAT) to honor Gary, who received his powerplant certificate in October 1957 and airframe certificate in June 1958.
