TAT Group Becomes Sole Shareholder of Sogerma Services

TAT, the French aviation group has become the sole shareholder of Sogerma services. The company created through the acquisition of the maintenance activities of the former EADS Sogerma Services, Sogerma Services reinforces TAT Group’s capabilities as well as its expertise on Airbus aircraft and on military aircraft. This acquisition equally includes the transfer of Barfield, company based in the United States, to Sabena technics and a 50% share ownership in Sogerma Tunisie, a joint venture in partnership with Nouvel Air in Tunisia. The new structure now counts a turnover of 450 million Euros. More
