Saudi C-130 Maintenance Contract Awarded

Boeing’s partner Alsalam Aircraft Co. has won a $29-million deal to supply programmed depot maintenance (PDM) for the Royal Saudi Air Force fleet of C-130s. Under the three-year arrangement, Alsalam will provide repairs, inspections, maintenance, modification and painting for 50 aircraft at its facilities in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Boeing IDS Global Services and Support Division is a majority shareholder in Alsalam.
