Safety Council Awards WestWind

The National Safety Council has given Huntsville, Ala.-based WestWind Technologies a series of awards to recognize the Part 145 repair station’s commitment to safety. Among the six safety honors is the Million Work Hours Award, which signifies that WestWind has completed a total of 1.5 million hours without an incident. Also noted is WestWind’s record of no accidents, injuries or illnesses, a milestone award for operating two years without an incident and a lift truck operator award, signifying more than 480 hours of work without incident.
