ST Aerospace Receives Boeing 757-200SF Freighter Conversion STC

Singapore Technologies Aerospace Ltd (ST Aerospace) has received approval from the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for its Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) on the Boeing 757-200SF Passenger-To-Freighter (PTF) conversion. This PTF STC features ST Aerospace’s engineering design for the conversion of the 757-200 aircraft from a passenger-carrying configuration to a cargo aircraft. The STC is developed inhouse by ST Aerospace using original manufacturer licensed data. ST Aerospace’s STC is the only 757-200 PTF STC based on Boeing’s data. From induction to approval, this STC was achieved in 11 months, a relatively short amount of time.
