Rolls-Royce Gains Jetstar Engine Order

Qantas subsidiary Jetstar Airways has placed an order for V2500 engines on up to 90 Airbus A320 jets. The agreement, worth up to $1.2 billion, initially calls for engines on 50 aircraft with options for a further 40 A320s. It includes a long-term engine service and support agreement.
