Repair Station Adds Capabilities

AOG Group of Somonauk, Ill. has launched an aircraft maintenance services division, AOG Aviation Spares. The FAA repair station, which has also established an insurance firm, AOG Insurance Agents, offers support for commercial and regional operators, as well as corporate aircraft, from two locations — in DeKalb and Sandwich, Ill. New offerings include repairs on a variety of generators, APU starters, battery chargers, lights and landing gear motors for Airbus, ATR, Boeing, Bombardier, Cessna, Embraer, Gulfstream, Hawker Beechcraft, IAI, Mitsubishi and Piper aircraft. Services for Honeywell and Sundstrand APUs are also available. AOG provides annual and phase inspections, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, STC kits, avionics installations and other repairs.
