Qantas Jets Damaged at Mx Base

A Qantas aircraft that was involved in a mid-air explosion in July has received another ding. The Boeing 747 collided with another 747 at a maintenance base earlier today during a towing operation, according to the airline. Both aircraft sustained damage in the incident, and pictures following the collision showed one aircraft that apparently lost its nosecone with the other damaged at the wingtip. Nobody was onboard either aircraft.
