Pemco World Air Services Plans to Expand


The Tampa Airport Authority approved a 15-year lease with Pemco for a 150,000-square-foot maintenance hanger at the Tampa International Airport. Pemco will take occupancy of the hangar on April 1 and plans to service its first aircraft at the Tampa facility as early as July. The company is expecting to add 400 jobs with the expansion. Pemco performs maintenance, repair and cargo conversion service.
