Atlanta-based Precision Aviation Group (PAG), exclusive provider of ISMRO (Inventory Supported Maintenance Repair and Overhaul), announced that their Vancouver-based MRO facility Precision Accessories & Instruments Canada (PAI-C) received EASA approval. PAI-C was acquired in April 2007 by PAG to extend ISMRO services to its existing customers in the expanding Canadian market operating both rotary-wing and fixed-wing aircraft. PAI-C has expanded it’s MRO function and inventory levels by 15 percent since acquisition by PAG 10 months ago. PAI-C provides a full range of repair and overhaul services to helicopter operators, and also supports regional, corporate, and charter turboprop operators. PAI-C specializes in the repair and overhaul of starter generators, instruments, avionics, electrical accessories and components with its ISMRO operations. ISMRO is the combination of a traditional parts distributor with MRO functions.
