North American Airlines Signs OnPoint Service Agreement with GE

North American Airlines signed a five-year OnPointSM Solutions agreement with GE Aviation for the maintenance and overhaul of CF6-80C2 engines that power five Boeing 767-300ER aircraft. The agreement is valued at more than $20 million over the life of the contract. "This long term agreement is a natural progression of our long-standing relationship with GE," said Martin Wax, vice president of maintenance and engineering at North American. "We conducted a rigorous solicitation, analysis and negotiation, and GE continues to be the best value proposition for North American." North American, based at New York City's John F.
