New Structure for SR Technics’ Board of Directors

SR Technics' Board of Directors has changed its structure. Chairman Hans Lerch has stepped down and is succeeded by Nico Issenmann. The new chairman has been a member of the board since 2003. Simultaneously, Felix Herlihy and Khuram Maqsood have joined the board, replacing Khaled Al Kamda and Osman Qureshi. Nico Issenmann took over the chairmanship of the board of directors on April 4, 2008. As a member of its board of directors since 2003 and chairman of the audit committee since 2006, Nico Issenmann took part in developing the company into a leading independent provider of technical services for airlines. Before founding Issenmann Consulting, he worked for the Mars Group, was CEO of Jacobs Suchard’s Swiss operation and restructured the Adia (today Adecco) Group. In the past ten years, he has been a Board member of the Italian nutrition company Barilla and Chairman and CEO of the Swiss Notz Group. Nico Issenmann (58) is Swiss.
