Military Chooses Aecom for Mx Support

Los Angeles-based Aecom Technology Corp. has won a $54-million task order for U.S. Air Force contract field teams (CFT) support. The contract calls for the company to supply aircraft maintenance services at the Corpus Christi Army Depot in Texas. The one-year deal calls for around 290 Aecom employees to provide organizational and limited direct support for equipment sent to the depot. Aecom has received a total of $269 million in task orders since being selected for the CFT program four months ago. The company is currently working on task orders in California, North and South Carolina, Georgia and Texas.
