Melnick Takes Over FRCSW Command

Capt. Fred Melnick is scheduled become the commanding officer of Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW) in a ceremony on Thursday morning. He replaces Capt. Mike Kelly as the head of the station. Melnick was previously the command’s executive officer.
