Mauritius Awards AMO to Gulfstream
Gulfstream Aerospace’s service center in Savannah, Ga. has received an approved maintenance organization (AMO) certificate from the Republic of Mauritius, an island nation in the Indian Ocean, east of Madagascar. With the designation, Gulfstream becomes the first U.S. AMO under Mauritius approval. The status covers GIV and GV series aircraft registered with the Mauritius Department of Civil Aviation (DCA). The Mauritius-registered business jets can use the Savannah service center for maintenance, inspections and modifications. The G550 and G500 are included in the GV series, and the GIV series covers the GIV-SP, G450, G400, G350 and G300.
