Lockheed Martin has received a 10-year contract to supply logistics support to U.S. Special Forces units around the world. The Special Ops Forces support activity contractor logistics support (SOFSA CLS) agreement is potentially worth up to $5 billion. It includes aircraft and other vehicle maintenance, and elements such as IT and electronics support. Lockheed with maintain and repair the Special Ops aircraft fleet, manage a worldwide parts supply chain, and work to implement leaner business practices throughout the organization.
