Australian Aerospace has chosen
Lockheed Martin to supply its Through Life Support (TLS) package for the Royal Australian Air Force’s C-130J fleet. Worth $292 million, the five-year contract will cover aircraft maintenance, engineering and supply chain management. StandardAero will continue to provide C-130J engine support under a separate arrangement. DMO Aerospace Division head, Air Vice-Marshal Colin Thorne, says the TLS agreement will create more than 80 jobs in the Sydney/Richmond area over the next year.
