L-3 Secures T-45 Support Agreement

The U.S. Navy has awarded L-3 Communications subsidiary Vertex a $569-million extension for logistics services and maintenance materials in supporting T45-A and T-45C trainers. Boeing is a partner in the program, which Vertex has been providing for the past five years. The deal includes four years of options, which extends it through September 2013.
