Kuwait Airways Renews Snecma Contract

The Time and Material engine maintenance contract that Kuwait has with Snecma covers the CFM56-5C engines that power its fleet of Airbus A340. This is the third time the contract was renewed during a more than 10-year relationship between the two companies. Snecma Services has overhauled more than 50 CFM56-5 engines for the airline in its French facilities and also provides MRO services for the CFM56-5A engines that power the airline’s Airbus A320s.
