KLM Works with Delft University
At a company fair held at Delft University of Technology KLM Engineering & Maintenance announced that it would develop a talent class where students will complete their studies at the engineering unit of KLM and then will be offered a two-year contract. Based on possessing a proven aptitude and the successful completion of study, KLM will appoint qualified candidates for a two-year period. This move is part of KLM’s strategic approach to overcome the drastic shortage of science students by putting a focus on specific training programs. For Related News
