Jet Professionals Adds Technical Recruitment in Dallas Office
In an effort to meet the growing worldwide need for business aviation technical personnel, Jet Professionals has added technician recruitment to the crew staffing and executive search services it currently offers. “The need for skilled aviation technicians has been become even more evident with the increased demand for MRO services and the backlog in new aircraft deliveries,” said Raymond Stebler, director of Jet Professionals, “which is why we believe that technical recruiting is the service we needed to add to our capabilities at this time.” Jet Professionals has always recruited technical personnel as necessary in the past, but now the efforts in this category will be formally defined and more focused. From its newly established office in Dallas, Texas, managed by two industry veterans, Jet Professionals will concentrate on technical personnel requirements for business aviation companies all over the world, including avionics installers and A&P technicians in the U.S. and those holding EASA B1 and B2 licenses in Europe. “Completions for business aircraft are very different from those of commercial aircraft,” notes Stebler. “Business aircraft tend to be more luxuriously appointed and the finished product is often a one-of-a-kind custom job. Finding qualified personnel to perform these tasks to a high standard is a challenge, especially the craftsman positions.”
