Honeywell to Provide APU Aftermarket Support for Vueling A320 Aircraft

Honeywell announced yesterday that it has been selected by Vueling Airlines S.A., Barcelona, Spain, to provide repair and overhaul services for Honeywell 131-9A Auxiliary Power Units (APU) on Vueling’s fleet of 16 Airbus A320 aircraft. The 12-year agreement covers repair and overhaul, as well as full Honeywell Maintenance Service Agreement benefits for Vueling’s existing aircraft.  The agreement provides for Vueling’s fleet growth. Key elements of the Honeywell Maintenance Service Agreement include commitments for pricing, turnaround time guarantees, and a flexible pool of APUs available during service. The service will be provided at Honeywell’s facility in Raunheim, Germany. For related news
