HBS, Rockwell Collins Team on WAAS Installs

Hawker Beechcraft Services (HBS) has started taking orders for wide area augmentation system (WAAS) localizer performance with vertical guidance (LPV) installations on the Hawker 800XP. Conducted in partnership with Rockwell Collins, the modification applies to 800XPs with Pro Line 21 avionics. The WAAS/LPV upgrade allows more precision approaches into airports. HBS installation centers have begun taking pre-orders and started pre-scheduling efforts for the program.
