GE and Virgin Nigeria Sign OnPoint Agreement

Virgin Nigeria Airways has signed a five-year, $15 million OnPointSM Solutions services agreement with GE Aviation for the maintenance and overhaul of its 14 CFM56-3C* engines that power its fleet of Boeing 737-300 aircraft. '"We are pleased to begin this partnership with GE Aviation and are confident that their product will meet all of our requirements as we continue to build an airline setting new standards in Nigeria. This agreement offers a competitive package with expectations of excellent reliability, quality and commitment from the GE Aviation team," stated Conrad Clifford, CEO for Virgin Nigeria.
