Fixed-Wing Mx Operation Moves to Oxford

PremiAir has finished transferring its fixed-wing maintenance operations to a refurbished 20,000-sqaure-foot hangar at Oxford Airport in the UK. The new facility, which has received EASA Part 145 approval for base maintenance, will serve as the headquarters for the company’s fixed-wing business, as well as a Beechcraft MRO center. Workshops, customer reception areas and office space are all part of the facility. PremiAir plans to create 15 new engineering jobs at Oxford, and employ up to 30 people total by the end of 2008. Brett Dale-Heaps, formerly with Harrods Aviation, will serve as base manager maintenance.
