First A380 Comes to Air France Hangar

Air France has welcomed the first Airbus A380 to its new H6 maintenance hangar at Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris, France. After the jet landed at the airport on Nov. 22, Air France ground staff took over the A380 and began conducting compatibility tests using mobile docks and maneuverable structures set up around the aircraft. Maintenance equipment checks were also performed around the wings, fuselage, upper deck and horizontal tail fin, as well as tests for noise and luminosity levels.
