FAA Credits Maintenance Certification Program

The Federal Aviation Administration has approved SAE Institute’s Aviation Maintenance Fundamentals (AMF) certification preparation and technical refresher training course for IA renewal and aviation maintenance technician awards credit. The AMF course, which provides up to 24 hours of training for the AMS/AME exam over one, two or three days, is part of SAE and PAMA’s certifications program.
