Engine Repair Center Moves to Phoenix

Dallas Airmotive is transferring its regional turbine center (RTC) at Scottsdale Airport (SDL) to a larger site near Deer Valley Airport (DVT) in Phoenix, Ariz. The BBA Aviation ERO subsidiary plans to open a 7,500-square-foot facility at DVT in December 2008. It will more than double the amount of space for Rolls-Royce Model 250 and Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A and JT15D engine work. The Phoenix RTC will perform hot section inspections, engine MRO and remote engine assistance.
