Emirates Selects Plateau Systems

The Dubai-based Emirates selected Plateau’s Learning Management System (LMS) to support its global workforce through corporate, employee and partner training. Emirates’ “learner-centric” approach to training encourages individuals to take personal responsibility for their training, which would allow LMS to facilitate through online learning and to track and improve Emirates’ performance.
