Dassault Systèmes Releases Abaqus Version 6.7

The 3D and product lifecycle management solutions company, Dassault, has introduced a new version of the Abaqus software. The 6.7 version includes a new architecture for high-performance linear dynamics, advanced capabilities for composites simulation and nonlinear materials modeling and a new customizable user interface for accelerate model building and results visualization. The linear dynamics of the new version are fully integrated with existing nonlinear capabilities, which enables engineers to share model data and results across workgroups. The software, developed by Simulia, offers the industry a unified simulation environment for general-purpose structural integrity, powertrain durability, and noise and vibration behavior.
