Comlux Acquires Indy Jet Center

Swiss completions provider Comlux Aviation Group has purchased Indianapolis Jet Center, and will rename it Comlux Completion USA. In tandem with the acquisition, Comlux has formed a new division — Comlux America — that will seek to expand the company’s presence in North America. Comlux specializes in VIP cabin completions for private and corporate Airbus and Bombardier jet owners. The company performs cabin completions through a partnership with the Airbus Corporate Jet Center. Based at Indianapolis Intl Airport, IndyJet offers refurbishments and maintenance for corporate operators.
