Change at the head of Sales, Marketing & Business Integration at SR Technics

Declan O’Shea, executive vice president of this unit, will leave the company
to become CEO of Vector Aerospace Corporation, Toronto. Until Declan O’Shea’s
successor is appointed, Gerry Timoney will act as head of sales, marketing &
business integration, in addition to his role as executive vice president of engine
services. Gerry Timoney is a member of SR Technics’ Executive Board.
Declan O’Shea joined SR Technics in 2004, when it acquired FLS Aerospace (FLSA).
As CEO of the Irish operation and, since 2006 as head of Sales, Marketing & Business
Integration, he has been a member of SR Technics’ Executive Board for the past four
years. Under his leadership, the Sales, Marketing & Business Integration unit opened
sales offices in Dubai, Mumbai and Shanghai, and concluded a series of important
contracts, extending the customer base in SR Technics’ key markets in Europe, Middle
East and Asia. Overall, Declan O’Shea has been with the company and its precursors
TEAM Aer Lingus and FLSA for thirty years.
