Wichita, Kan.-based Cessna Aircraft has promoted Brad Thress to vice president of customer service and Tracy Robinson as vice president of quality. Thress, who was previously vice president of the component operation within the Supply Chain group, will have oversight for marketing, sales and customer change management for Cessna’s support organization in Wichita. A pilot, Thress is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt with several Citation type ratings. Robinson is responsible for directing quality programs within the company’s Integrated Supply Chain unit. She is a Textron Six Sigma Black Belt and a certified quality auditor. Robinson was most recently director of paint/interior operations.
