Montréal, Canada-based Bombardier has created a website dedicated to helping CRJ and Q-Series operators lower maintenance time and increase efficiency. The site, www.iflybombardier.com, gives maintenance personnel access to a group of diagnostic programs, work processes and performance history for the two aircraft lines. Among the new programs available are aircraft diagnostic solutions (ADS), airlines performance analytics (APA) online technical requests (OTR) and digital data navigator (DDN).
