Blackhawk Mods Names Program Manager

Bobby Patton is the new distributor program manager for Blackhawk Modifications of Waco, Texas. He was formerly director of sales for Raisbeck Engineering, where his duties included maintaining its OEM contract with Hawker Beechcraft.
