BBA Acquiring Beechcraft

London-based BBA Aviation will acquire Executive Beechcraft’s four full-service FBOs and its associated maintenance services, charter/management business, aircraft sales and all inventories. Beechcraft will continue to operate as Executive Beechcraft. The deal is expected to close at the end of June.
