American Retrofits King Air 200 Cockpit

Brooksville, Fla.-based American Aviation has finished installing a third Avidyne Alliant flight deck in a Beechcraft King Air 200. American Aviation President John Petrick notes that the upgrade combines dual primary flight displays and S-TEC’s digital autopilot. Rob Higby, vice president of sales, marketing, and customer service for Lincoln, Mass.-based Avidyne, adds that Alliant enables King Air 200 owners “to update their aircraft with situational awareness and safety tools at a fraction of the cost of a new aircraft.”
