Ameco Beijing DMDOR Certified

The Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) has approved Ameco Beijing to function as a designated modification design organization representative (DMDOR). With the authorization, the company can conduct some airworthiness approvals under a limited scope, such as design data approval for repairs beyond specifications and designs for minor modifications. Ameco becomes the first DMDOR-authorized organization in the Chinese aviation industry, according to the company.
