Airline Places $100-Mil P&W Order

Pratt & Whitney has obtained a $100-million order for PW4000-100 engines and long-term support from TAM Linhas Aereas. The engines will power two new Airbus A330s on order. The agreement covers installed and spare engines for the aircraft, as well as a 12-year service deal through Pratt & Whitney Global Service Partners.
