Air One Signs Engine, Mx Deal

GE Aviation has secured an agreement to provide its CF6-80E1 engines for Air One’s fleet of 12 Airbus A330s on order. The deal, valued at over $480 million, has a provision for eight addition A330 options. The Italian carrier has also agreed to a 15-year contract for the OnPoint program, which covers maintenance and overhaul services on the engines. The support addendum is worth more than $250 million.
