Air France/KLM Buys Aero Mx Group

Aero Maintenance Group (AMG) has sold the last of its shares to Air France Industries/KLM E&M. Air France became the majority owner of Aero Maintenance in 2008 after purchasing a portion of the company in 2005. Christian Tallec will serve as the new CEO for Aero Maintenance Group.
