AFI Gains Majority in Aero Mx Group

Air France Industries has acquired a majority stake in Aero Maintenance Group (AMG). Under a recent agreement, AFI increased it shareholding position to 81.4 percent. The Miami, Fla.-based component support provider has long partnered on maintenance work with AFI and KLM Engineering & Maintenance. AMG has four subsidiaries — Aero Technologies and Air Pro in Miami, Precision Electronics in Atlanta and Flite Components in Dallas.
