Hawker Beechcraft Names Ops VP

Jim Noonan is the new vice president of business operations for Hawker Beechcraft Corp. of Wichita, Kan. He was previously vice president of sales operations for StandardAero, and his past experience includes working for McLeod USA, ONI Systems and Citigroup.
