Elevator Trim Rigging Anomalies Discovered

Two Transport Canada maintenance inspectors carrying out ramp inspections came across several Cessna 208 (Caravan) aircraft that had anomalies in the elevator trim rigging. The aircraft had not all been maintained by the same organization, which led the inspectors to believe that the issue they found was more widespread than just the aircraft they inspected.
