Airline Signs Wheels & Brakes Deal

Honeywell has inked a more than $50-million contract with British Airways to supply wheel and carbon brakes for its fleet of Boeing 767 and 777 jets. The agreement, which runs through 2033, covers 46 777-200s and 16 767-300s. Mike Madsen, Honeywell’s vice president of airlines, notes that the deal is “one of the longest materials supply agreement we have ever entered.”
